PROFOOD

The Erasmus+ ProFood Cooperation Partnership project brings together Sorbonne University’s Polytech and Faculty of Science and Engineering with leading European partners: the University of Milan, the University of Copenhagen, and AgroParisTech. Selected and funded in 2023 by the Erasmus+ France Agency, the initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between European institutions through innovative transnational partnerships. The project focuses on improving educational quality by promoting the exchange of best practices and developing shared, open training resources on proteins for food. Ultimately, ProFood seeks to prepare future food science graduates to support the transformation of the food industry toward healthier and more sustainable plant-protein–based products.
